The Vows

The average length of a marriage in the United States is 20 years. You might be saying, “well we’re believers…it won’t happen to us because we’re Christians…” but we have sat with many who are strong believers who are ready to walk out on their commitment to their marriage. And we know statistically, marriage inside or outside of the Church are the same.

The Vows marriage weekend is designed to spend time looking at the six vows which make up the traditional wedding vows couples say to one another during their wedding...to have and to hold...for better for worse...for richer for poorer...in sickness and in health...to love and cherish...till death do us part. Whether you have been married months or decades, we invite you to revisit these vows and see what it looks like when we live these vows daily.

Special Notes

• Unfortunately we cannot accommodate children, however nursing babies are more than welcome
• All food, drinks, and snacks are included
• Each private room consists of your own private full bath and queen-sized bed
• We do ask you to provide your own sheets and towels (pillows, blankets, and comforters provided)
• We never want someone to not attend due to finances. Scholarships are available. Email adam@1010life.org for more info.

The Vincent Homestead is home of The Lodge which has 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a formal dining area with seating for 12, a full kitchen + a private prep kitchen, and two living spaces equipped with a gas fireplace and an 85" Smart TV. Guests can enjoy the large game room featuring a dart board, classic arcade games, poker/card game sets, and more! For additional entertainment, guests can indulge in game consoles located in the bunk room. Attached to the Lodge lies a spacious covered back patio offering an outdoor oasis, complete with a pool table, shuffleboard, a 9-person hot tub, and an outdoor grill.
